All purchases of Digital Products from Sorted Out are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any courses, files, downloads, or digital resources once payment has been processed.
Due to the digital nature of our products, access is granted immediately upon purchase. As such, we are unable to revoke access or accept returns, and you acknowledge that you are purchasing non-refundable digital content.
No Change of Mind Refunds
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, lack of use, dissatisfaction with content, or where the product does not meet your personal expectations or circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, software, browser incompatibility, or failure to meet system requirements.
